Raider Nation
Devil's Advocate
It's interesting how this word is used now, compared to in generations past.
ex: "Clayton Kershaw pitched a fantastic game today!"
When I'm watching old TV shows, you often hear it used in this context:
"He went to the police and gave them a fantastic story."
"Well, I must say, that sounds like a fantastic coincidence."
You never, ever hear people speak like that now.
I just find it interesting how the usage of the word has changed over time.
Any other examples come to mind where words are not used quite the same as before?
