Fart Bullying (1 Viewer)

A worker in Australia who claims his ex-supervisor repeatedly broke wind at him has appealed against a court ruling that found he was not bullied.

David Hingst said his former colleague Greg Short would "lift his bum and fart" on him up to six times a day. He sued his former company for A$1.8m (£0.97m; $1.28m) last year, but the Supreme Court of Victoria found there was no bullying. Mr Hingst, 56, said the flatulence had caused him "severe stress".

...

"I would be sitting with my face to the wall and he would come into the room, which was small and had no windows," Mr Hingst told the Australian Associated Press (APP). "He would fart behind me and walk away. He would do this five or six times a day."
Didn't even give him the option to pull his finger.

"I would be sitting with my face to the wall and he would come into the room, which was small and had no windows," Mr Hingst told the Australian Associated Press (APP). "He would fart behind me and walk away. He would do this five or six times a day."
Lost in this article is the fact that Hingst's job is a restroom attendant.

Now would be a good time to sue my cousins.  Me and my equal-aged cousin, 11,  would get sandwiched in between our older cousins (16 and 17) in a pickup.  There was nowhere to run.

My brother had a buddy in college who would fart and once you acknowledged smelling it would say in a nasaly high-pitched voice “HA-HA, particles from my ### are now in your nose!”  That was back in my teens, I’m 39 recently and still continue the tradition

I had a coworker just out of college who used to do this. She was a hoodie-wearing hipster who was part owner of a thrift shop. Habitual farter in shared company.
