Calibri and then arial. 10 point for word or email. Font size varies for power point. 

I just realized (again) how much I hate my job.

Like Calibri also. Only problem is that it is a bit small, usually have to go up a pt or two to match normal sized fonts.

I've taken to using Candara at work for my Outlook and Skype fonts.

It's easy on the eyes and has a bit of warmth to it.

We use the DIN line of fonts. I think we have to pay extra.

I'm fond of Book Antiqua. It was my go to on college to hit the minimum page limit for papers without looking totally obvious and using something like Courier New.
