Keep in mind that I am a HUGE Packer fan, and I've always been a Favre supporter. This quote below came from an e-mail newsletter that I receive. I hope this isn't an accurate indicator for the coming season.

Brett Favre is surrounded by more new teammates each year and it finally might be catching up to him. Only two of the 12 WRs on the roster, Donald Driver and Robert Ferguson, have caught a Favre pass in an NFL game. Yesterday he threw 5 INTs in just 26 attempts in 11-on-11 drills. Favre is already coming off a 29-INT season, most by any quarterback in the league since 1988. Interestingly, WRs coach Jimmy Robinson said the receivers didn't blow a route on any of the five picks.

Yeah, it's early, it's just camp, etc, etc.

But this is a guy with a HUGE question mark on the INTs and he's gonna throw 5 in 26 attempts to defensive guys who probably haven't had any live snaps since December??

I'm not saying to drop him off your board but this isn't a good start and if he throws 5 every day then we'll all know what to do with him.

I think Favre is simply surprised because the defense is that much better this year. Favre will shape up but I also bet that teams go through drills where the QB is directed to mis-throw the ball to test the WR and the CB and their aggressiveness.

And one report while testing out 10 new WR's is going to say he is losing it? He has 1 WR that is an actual player that has played with him. (I am not counting Ferguson)
