This guy totally cracks me up. He sure gets sucked into a lot of retirement interviews for a guy who hates discussing his retirement. The guy was literally gone, history, told his coach that. And then he sat and waited for his 'sign from above' and lo and behold it came when Phil Simms made some crotch-nuzzling/ball-polishing comments about how Favre's such a competitor you should need to pry him off the field, and that he can probably play another year or two. The funniest part is Favre suggesting it was a "weird coincidence" that he happened to be listening to the NFL Channel and a Favre question was posed to Simms. Yeah, I know what he means. It's really a weird coincidence when people talk about the circus you've created. Weird. And Coincidental.
