I put a table together like this a couple of years to track Survivor League ADPs. Damned if I can remember how exactly I made it work - I think it was some combination of the "code" tags and copy/pasting from Excel into an RTF editor and then into the forum - but you might be able to view source on that page and get some clues.
If I get a chance to play around with it any time soon I'll PM you whatever I find out.
