FBG Auto Body Help - Removing Paint Transfer From Bumper (1 Viewer)

The wife backed her SUV up against a building wall the other day and got a paint transfer from the wall on her back bumper. No visible scratches, just some spots of paint. 

What's the easiest way to remove the paint transfer without damaging the plastic bumper? The bumper is black if that matters. We have some Turtle Wax scratch compound, but it didn't do anything.

Duct tape. Definitely duct tape.

Gotta throw the whole car away now.

Seriously, try some Gum Out on a small spot, see what it does. Acetone works pretty well, also.
