Preparation
This year I enjoy drafting from the early slots. WR-RB-RB. Hill or Lamb Ideally then maybe someone and Henry. Latter Picks aren't too bad either starting WR/RB or RB/WR. I try to control my 4th pick by only having to play around a few guys after my 3d. This draft I draw 7 for the first FBG bowl. Wouldn't it be neat to draft with the boys next year. I had draft dominator with auto sleeper snyc set up. I skimmed for a few players I am higher than consensus with to add to my watchlist and hope Hill or Lamb falls to me.

Hill goes 1.3 and while Lamb goes 1.2. Im likely drafting ADP this round. After Hill, Chase, McCaffrey I really like Mahomes here. Draft dominator doesn't hate the idea either but keeps me sane enough to draft Chase. I would have liked Chase abit later like I was targeting Hill at the turn last year.

After Hill and Chase I've kinda been out on those other top WRs. I dont expect McCaffrey, Robinson, or Hall to be available which leaves Barkley or Taylor, Maybe Gibbs. When Etienne also goes before it make it back I give up on RB and instead turn my focus back to Mahomes. Allen should go before Mahomes? I can push Mahomes back another round? OK I need an RB. Henry is still there and hes unlikely to make it back. Was I really going to Draft ADP again and let my team be ADP average by taking another ADP WR? I must have drafted from Sigs couch as he casually mentions "Why not Henry Top 5 overall at the end of the year". Henry it is.

Allen just went a few picks earlier its time to draft Mahomes. I was willing to take him first round I am very happy to take him 3d round. He has lead many of my old teams to championship before. Future HOF. Coming off a super bowl win. Sig wispers again "its the end of the season we remember the most". Well Sig, imagine if Toney cought the balls last year that were thrown at him early on. Imagine if MVS caught the deep shots. With Rice doing well underneath imagine if Brown or Worthy ends up being the pick of the draft. Teams have to stop Worthy first or it's going to look like im playing my daughter in madden. The Mahomes Revenge tour is coming. Benching him last year never should have been a question. His floor still looked good. If you doubted him you don't deserve Mahomes this year. HYPEEEE Fields at 16.6 completes my QBs.

I am a big beilever the first 5 rounds don't really matter. I can look at any team and be at least ok with the draft to this point. The right thing to do is draft a top 5 TE. Also if I draft TE this draft become very simple for me not worrying about QB or TE anymore. Kelce and Laporta already gone and a long way back for me again. Between Andrews, Kincaid and McBride one of them has something very special. I would have to make sure I get Likely later to minimize TE downside. Drafting in the middle I should be able to get "my guys" if I take them a round ahead of where they are going. Andrew is drafted.

I have to fill RB2 and some WRs. Dell at the 5.7 and Odunze at the 6.6 help.

I had Mostert eyed up who goes at the 7.5. Ever since I drafted Maholmes I can't stop thinking of Worthy who goes 7.6. I'm not sure I understand what the football gods are trying to do to my team but I take McConkey.

Drafting an RB 2
I don't need everyone to hit, just one player. Time to take some upside and those late rookie RBs Sig is starting to remind me of. Lets start with Chase Brown 9.7. Benson 10.6 Lloyd 14.6 Allen 15.7 And the very VERY sneaky Foreman 20.6

I concidered drafting him at 11.07. Instead I took cooks. I have a set and forget QB and TE wouldnt it be fun to have a set and forget DEF. I take 49ers as the first DEF off thoe board at the 12.06 and two more DEF get taken right after. I grab Likely at the 13.07 and two more TE2 get drafted right after. Thi was my Favorite draft pick.
