FBG Fantasy Surf League: Sign Up & Hang 10, Brah (1 Viewer)

I put up a reply in the other surfing thread about starting a FBG fantasy surf league, but I thought I'd start a new topic in case the other post was missed...

The 2015 edition of the World Surf League (formerly the ASP) is set to start at Snapper Rocks in Australia on Friday morning.

Is anyone interested in putting together a fantasy surf league/club over at Fantasy Surfer? Me and CGRdrJoe have already put together teams, so we'd need just a couple other guys to make it interesting. If you haven't played before, it's pretty simple - just draft your team based on the allotted cap values for each surfer and you can then swap your lineups after each event throughout the year. It's pretty quick to assemble a team and the Fantasy Surfer site is free to use.

If we have enough interest, I'll create a private "club" (league) over at Fantasy Surfer for us to track throughout the season.

A decent surfer, but no. Donovan Frankenreiter may have been draftable as an alternate though if fantasy surfing existed in the early 90s.

It's actually now the World Surf League. They changed it to make it more clear that it's a pro surfing league. The old Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) was a little confusing to outsiders.
