Now we have a home to discuss the FBG freelance article league throughout the year.

One major item that needs Clayton's help is that the starting linups are currently viewable by all members. This needs to get changed ASAP and I have already emailed Clayton to fix the problem.

Man, I thought I had a better lineup than that this week. Then again, I finished #950 in the subscriber contest, so that's pretty cool.

Hope Reggie Bush wakes up. I have him in the subscriber contest and two of my three fantasy teams.. yikes!

Yeah you had a really good line-up this week. Nobody else had Boldin and he went completely off thanks to Warner getting in there for some drives. Westbrook was a start I totally whiffed on as I thought it'd mainly be a high-end passing affair. Instead he runs for 110, lots of love there. You've got a solid shot at a 200+ point week like Joe V. and I had last week. I had a relatively average looking day, happy I didn't bother with Hasselbeck when Green only gave me like 3 less points and REALLY glad I didn't go with Campbell. Only guys I totally whiffed on was Galloway and my kicker, but nobody blew up except for Randy Moss (who still paled compared to the juggernauts of Boldin, Westbrook, Kevin Curtis and Roy Williams (Nice non-starts by everyone of the latter two). Pretty interesting to see how many similar starts the teams have (this week w/ Hasselbeck) and whose going all-out with studs and who wants to save them. p.s. Steve Smith owners have to be real sad to of used him. 2 TD thrown, but neither to him.

I hadn't seen this thread before. I was searching for the rules. How many places pay and how much? Great start for Joe Vusich as he leads all by 100. The competition for second is real tight though with nine guys within 40 points of second.Burned last week by Santonio Holmes hammy tweak in pre-game.

Payouts:1st place = $2502nd place = $1253rd place = $754th place = $50I also got hit by SHolmes last week, but am gaining ground with many top starters still available. Vusich is no where near close to locking up first place....

Agree that it is not over by a long shot, just pointing out that he had blown out to a very nice lead. Thanks for the prize info. Tough choices this week with so many big scoring teams on bye.

Anyone know whether this league goes through week 17, or just 16?

I know it sounds odd but I could swear last year's league only went through week 16.

As I continue to struggle to gain ground (and in fact have lost some), my new goal is to get into position to compete for 4th place.

Did anybody else get a whopping 2.0 points when they played Gates (his score was week 9 for me).
