The FBG Magazine is suppose to hit the news stands on Tuesday June 28th. Individual news stands sometimes implement their own dates though so the magazine should be hitting the rack any day now.If you see the magazine, can you post the following here:Store, Street, City, State, # of copies. For Example:Barnes and Noble, Ina Road, Tucson, AZ, 4 copiesWe do not need people to post that they have not seen the magazine.Once we get a bunch of these, we will work back through the list in a few weeks and see if we can figure out if this magazine is actually selling. Thanks in advance.

Visited Barnes and Noble today in Madison... no magazine yet. A couple Walgreens earlier in the week and no magazine either.

Picked one up at Penn Station stand today for the commute home. That would be NY, NYDon't remember name of stand, maybe Hudson News6 copies (roughly)Nice work fellas- a few minor editing mistakes, namely in the projections section the wide receivers have the header "Running Backs".Enjoyed the first flip through, look forward to looking into it a bit more.

San Antonio, Texas

North Star Shopping Center

Barnes and Nobles

There were 10 copies but they had been stocked with the sportscards & collectibles magazines. I picked up 2 copies and placed the others on top of a large stack of Sporting News Football Preview issues.

The essay covering injuries is awesome. You guys did a brilliant job of dumbing down some complex material

I just got back from Barnes and Nobles in Reading, PA. There were two copies...

Now there is only one copy left. :D (I wasn't going to get one since I subscribed to the site this year, but felt this was another way of supporting FBGs)

I asked the kid at the desk if he could tell me how many came in, but I got the "deer caught in the headlights" look. I tried.

Thanks WhoDat.Dr. Hovis is a friend of mine an a genuine ortho surgeon stud. We worked well together as I did a lot of the "ok explain this to me so I can understand what you're saying" stuff.

Thanks for the good words.

Today:Barnes & NobleN. Lindbergh BlvdSt. Louis Metro8 copies. 7 Now.

FINALLY.....I stopped at two Borders today with no luck, but there were 9 copies at the Barnes and Noble in Geneva, IL.Nice Ed Hochuli article too btw... Nice to know Ed thinks the NFL's hottest cheerleaders are in the state of Texas. ;)

Not at Indigo/Chapters (or the other newsstands I frequent) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada yet, but I'll keep checking and will let my fellow Canucks know.

That Hochuli article made the whole magazine. J

I bought mine 2 weeks ago at the Barnes & Noble in Portage, Michigan. There were about five copies left after I bought mine.

Barnes and NobleCarle Place, NY3 CopiesAs WhoDat, I took the FBG magazine from the middle rack somewhat hidden and put it front and center over the Pro Football Weekly Mags. Also got a fellow customer perusing the section to take a look at it (left before he decided on which to purchase).

Barnes and Noble in the 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA.There are 2 copies there although I went ahead and buried them behind the wedding magazines. Why did you guys start printing evrything that was secret like the DD and all the rest? Now we are gonna have a bunch of know-it-alls on draft day. I liked the fact you had to find this website tog et all that stuff, now its all on a platter. I read it cover to cover or sort of. It's good, the rankings are rather bland though. I like the way Rotoword and also the way Fantasy Forecast? Had Peyton manning on the cover I think, white cover background, they do the risk-low...payoff x-high rankings. I am hoping that people open to page 3 and start reading the injuries and fall asleep. I find it interesting but I am hoping the ADD riddled leagues I am in put it back down on the stand.

Yeah...I was cracking up. Hochuli is sharp as a tack so he was cool to play along with the subtle jabbing.

There were 10 copies at the Barnes and Noble in Alpharetta, GA. I picked one up to have something new to read in the can :football: .

June 24, 2005, 7-Eleven Convenience Store, Route 29 (Main St) Pennsburg, Pennsylvania (about 50 miles WNW of Philly), 3 copies on the rack. Purchased mine on line. Hoping none of the guys in my league spot it.

If you see the magazine, can you post the following here:

Store, Street, City, State, # of copies.

Lowes Foods, Hwy 64/55, Apex NC, Didn't count them.Friday 6/23

A buddy of mine picked it up at the Barnes and Noble in the Chandler mall in Chandler, AZ. Didn't say how many copies.

Buddy of mine got the magazine at a 7-11 in Westminister, CO It's next to the mall, and he said there was around 7 copies there.

On Saturday, I was driving from my home to Grand Rapids MI. I stopped at a little grocery store (Villiage Market on Rt. 57) in the booming metropolis of Carson City MI to pick up some doritos. I noticed that they had 2 copies. I hid all the other fantasy football mags and put the FBGs in the front. Hopefully both copies are bought now - but not by guys from my leagues!

I spotted 6 copies at my local Barnes and Noble in Fairfield, CA.I will summarize these in a few days and then we will check back on these sites to see if this thing is selling at all.

did you stand there and say "this is mine, I wrote this, my magazine, right here!"did you put FHM mags in front of all the other FF mags so they'd only see yours?

did you buy em' all to increase your sales stats?

get slapped propositioning a hot chick to look at your fantasy rag?

Store, Street, City, State, # of copies.MArtin's SUpermarket, South Bend, IN, ~5 copiesWell, four copies after I bought mine.Honestly, I bought it simply to support the collective efforts here at FBG.

i also saw some at the international (?) news stand

cahuenga blvd,

hollywood CA

unfortunately i didn't get a count... it looked like about 6... this was about a week ago. gringo could check as he works about two blocks from there... despite the locale, he is actually not a pimp. :^)
That's World News and one of the most popular news stands around LA. The local news often covers stories from the street right in front of the news stand.I haven't checked it out. I'll do so today at lunch.

:wall: :wall:   unfortunately i live in the Washington DC area which tends to get things like magazine about a week after everyone else gets them. i may have to run up to Baltimore tomorrow and get a copy because it be this weekend at least before they get another shipment of magazines in. I need some study material for my two hour commutes. Next year I'll be smart and order it online :hot: :hot: :hot:

World Book and NewsCahuenga BlvdHollywoodThere were still six there. I didn't even see them until I got on my knees. FF mags are on the bottom of three tiers in that section of the news stand, and FBG's were in the far back. Couldn't even see it while crouching and looking at the other FBG mags. Seems they have the most popular (read: biggest names) ones at the front.I moved the FBG mags to the front. :)

Barnes & NobleBellingham, WA3 on the shelf that worked their way to the front of the display today.

Everyone is a Good Samaritan, moving the mags to the front of the rack. I'm waiting for someone to admit that he took a stack of FBG mags and placed them directly behind the "Dieting Tips by Rosie O'Donnell" book. :P

Wow, that would suck. Thanks to all you guys being cool and helping promote this thing. It's a very crowded marketplace out there. This thing cost a ton to produce. I really have no idea how we'll fare on this thing. It depends totally on how well it sells at the news stand. Best case is we cover costs and maybe even make a little money. Worst case is we lose a bunch. We'll see. Thanks to all that are helping promote it.
