Considering the time limit expired yesterday, there is no need to go back. We need to go forward. We need to consider ending this draft or finding people who can actually do it.this thing is dying a slow death.
I pm'ed derek316 since he is on the clock.
then family matters will have to pick again since jeter23 picked out of order.
Seems we get stuck on the same 2-3 people. You know who you are, pick up the pace boys.
Yes it was. The problem sometimes is getting the commitment from everyone to see the draft through. Often, people lose interest after 4-5 rounds. It's not that difficult. If a person knows they might be offline they can always PM a pick to keep things rolling. We posted that people do that several times and yet still they just let things go without a response or explanation. 1 guy did ask for a replacement which was good but some others just bailed. Next time I'll have to be more careful about who's in the mix before I get involved.really a shame. it was fun

Wingnut-the draft dies a slow and grueling death. A few owners just quit and stopped making their picks so we had to end it unfortunately. There were some owners that did a super job with their picks. Radballs comes to mind as someone who took what the draft gave him and he did very well. I decided to take a more high risk high reward approach. If this were a real team I would be very nervous hoping for good health and concensus with a few head coaches.Nice thread. This is the 1st mock Ive looked at this year (well Ive only got thru 4 out of 7 pages so far), and I think this is gonna get me to start my projections and rankings soon.
Some good teams and great commentary. Keep it goin!
Nice looking team here. Though I'm not terribly excited about the geriatric group of WRs.Here's mine:
QB: Marc Bulger
RB: Deuce McAllister
RB: Clinton Portis
RB: Chris Brown
WR: Drew Bennett
WR: Isaac Bruce
WR: Rod Smith
TE: Antonio Gates
Thanks for the kudos FM. Too bad this thing petered out, but it helped prepare for the upcoming survivor leagues a bit.Wingnut-the draft dies a slow and grueling death. Yeah, those WRs are a little long in the tooth, but I was happy getting them where I got them. A top 2 TE, top 5 QB, and 3 top 15 RBs should compensate for the rags at WR.Nice looking team here. Though I'm not terribly excited about the geriatric group of WRs.Here's mine:

YEs I like this team as well. You would have to really hope Duce stays healthy if this was for real, but those WRs are steller and can most likely carry your team. Here is mine. My RB2 and RB3 aren't sexy, but very servicable, and should both catch plenty of balls. Matched with my WR crew and Hass, I think I have one of the top teams so far.
QB: Matt Hasselback
RB: Edgerrin James
RB: Warrick Dunn
RB: Duce Staley
WR: Terrel Owens
WR: Marvin Harrison
WR: Eric Moulds
TE: Jermaine Wiggens
