FBGPC playoffs - anyone with a simplified version? (1 Viewer)

I've tried to find the playoff seeding structure, but for whatever reason, can't seem to locate the exact instructions. I know 4 teams make it, with the top H2H winner being the #1 seed and top scorer thru 11 weeks being the #2 seed. Are the remaining #3 & #4 seeds from the H2H finishers?

Establish #1, then proceed down the list.

#1 Top H2H (tie to total points)

#2 Best total points (of remaining teams)

#3 Top H2H (of remaining teams, tie = total points)

#4 Best total points (of remaining teams)
