Or you know what? We can make this simpler:

e2 Bf2 e1=Q Rxe1

Now White can't play d8=Q because Bxd8 Rxf4 Bc7. So after Kg2 Rd1,

We capture the d pawn next

I think this is it.

You mean e2 Bf2 e1=Q Bxe1 correct?

I Think you are right Tim, after Rxe1, he can't d8 per your above.  What else could he do?

Yes Bxe1 Rxe1

and its winning. We win his bishop, protect our last pawn with our bishop, capture his d pawn in a few moves and get our king into play.

I say we play e2. Any objections?

I'm a total amateur, but Tim, after e2 Bf2 Bxe1 Rxe1, we see he cannot play d8=Q, what if he plays Rxf6?

You mean Rxf4, right? Taking the pawn?

We recapture with check: Bxf4+ which allows us to cover the d pawn, and we win.
Yes,  Rxf4 :bag:

Thanks, I missed the check and thought he was getting d8=Q when we took his rook.  Told ya I'm an amatuer...

Kaspy plays Bf2. Not much choice.

OK, guys the moment of truth. I want to play e1=Q.

Wilk? I won't play this until I hear from you. You're largely responsible for how far we've gotten in this endgame.

Here is my proposal:

e1=Q Bxe1 Rxe1 Kg2 (if d8=Q Bxd8 Rxf4 Bc7) Rd1

We're going to take the d pawn, protect our f pawn with the bishop, protect the bishop (if necessary) with our rook, and move our king towards the pawn. If he tries to stop our king movement with his rook, we will offer to trade rooks and force  a path that way.

This is a win for white. I'm pretty confident I can take us home from here all by myself but I want to get consensus before I continue.

And I see a flaw. ####.

e1=Q Bxe1 Rxe1 Kh3 Rd1 Kg4 Bh6 Kh5

e1 doesn't work unless we can solve this.

Nope it's no good. Kh3 is his way out.

We're going to have to play Rxd7. I still think we're winning here but it's going to be more complicated.

Any objections to Rxd7?

I think this is correct. Go up the two pawns, free up our bishop and rook from protecting d8, and then try to get our king up involved. He can still draw, i think, but he cant make a mistake.

Unfortunately I think he can still draw too. Re4 looks like the best move for him.
