Catch (wasn't clear in the email, thank god i asked on chat) is that I have to be on a preseason game this week (up to $200); and they instantly credit my account with a one bet match of that amount. Now my normal units are $20, so dropping $200 on a preseason game is crazy to me...but it's +EV when you factor in the bet, so I'm tempted. I'll do it for some amount, just not sure if I'll do the whole thing or not

I'd also like to point out that a few years ago Aug 22nd was the magic date of my first ever teaser sweep...netted 22k in one day on that glorious day, pretty sure I'll never forget that date. I'll probably never touch a number like that again in my life betting on sports....dam that was fun.BIG teaser week, lets get this season kicked off right with a sweep!

I was showing 35 combinations.
i put all but the first 10 in as parlays accidently instead of 6 point teasers. Too much work and impossible to bet out of these with 3 teams involved.

Good News for those that bought in to Bell in OROTY:
Le'Veon Bell will not need surgery to repair the sprain in his right foot.
It's the best news the Steelers could hope for. While Lisfranc surgery would have cost Bell the entire season, a rest-and-rehab regimen could get him back as soon as six weeks. If that's the case, the second-round rookie would have an outside shot at playing sometime around Week 3. Still, there are no guarantees when it comes to this serious of an injury

One more note on Vegas...
the Michael Jackson Cirque show was the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen. If any of you are heading out there in the future...it's a MUST see. Doesn't matter what the tix costs...its worth every penny.
There's no intermission and I had to piss but there was no way I was moving an inch. Pure awesome.

i can't figure out why there are 15 sports channels and no one is showing this game. I know tv contract b.s., but it is a shame ESPN gives us high school football and no one has this game

Week 3: NFL 'dress rehearsal' - closest thing to a regular season game...my current opinion about the 2013 Ravens is that the defense is actually better than last years, and despite the losses of Boldin and Pitta, the development of Bernard Pierce still makes them a potent offense with Ray Rice playing a jack-of-all-trades...
