FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (7 Viewers)

I swear the Brew-crew always scores in the Top of the 1st. Never makes me feel good when I have been relying on the Dodgers the last couple nights.

Oklahoma City, here comes the series. Game three is going down to the WIRE with these two teams. :excited:

It could go either way. Either Derek Fisher or Manu Ginobili is going to hit a three for the win with 0:00 left in the game. ;)

2-0 yesterday. First winning day in forever. Day baseball!

Padres +125---- Gotta think the fathers escape Wrigley with one W.

With how RIGG- or should i say umm suspicious the NBA draft is... after the Cavs winning the 1st pick right after Lebron left, is it possible that the New Orleans Hornets who were brutally screwed over by the league are great value with both of these bets found on 5dimes.... Just a thought

includes Hornets draft chances only, not chances from Timberwolves trade

Golf props @ SB has Tiger finishing position O/U 20.5. Worst finish since 2002 was 22nd. He has 4 titles at Muirfield and the fairways are wide and generous. He should githerdone. -115.

Rory after 2 consecutive MC's, has a finishing position of 12.5. He vowed after last week to get better prepared mentally and on the range. Not enough for me to change my mind. -115 for the fade.

And just a hunch that Justin Rose continues his hot streak. Under 20.5 @ -115

The Heat ML the next three games assuming:

Miami Heat MLGame 2 -430Game 3 -110Game 4 -110
The above parlay comes out to +349.22

I’m taking the prop Miami Heat wins series 4-0 +350

1.2 Units

San Antonio +105 to win the championship at 5dimes

Doesn't matter who they face in the finals they'll have homecourt advantage and they'll be favored, jumping in now

KC/CLE U 4 First 5

Both Gomez and Chen have the ability to control either offense. CLE is putting out a fairly horrific lineup without Santana, Hafner, Hanrahan ( who had been hot). The bottom third of that order have roughly 75 PA's this year. Last night after 2 in the first they were shut down. KC did not fare any better after jumping on Masterson early. I see more of what we saw after 1.5 innings last night ( the last 7.5 innings resulted in one run). GLTA

AB

Here's my tennis card for today:

Viktor Troicki -135 OVER Fabio Fognini

Bernard Tomic -130 OVER Santiago Giraldo

very small unit on Sergiy Stakhovsky +220 OVER Tommy Haas

and:

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova -195 OVER Melinda Czink

Adding: Pirates +110 ---- Burnett has a 1.27 home ERA, and has allowed more than two runs only once this year, and Cueto's been shaky of late.

Det-Bos Under 9.5 (-120) These teams have combined for less than seven R/9 vs. lefties over their last ten.

STL-Atl Over 8.5 (+109) Hudson sports a 5.59 career ERA vs. the Cards, and I think the Braves bats turned a corner last night, particularly with Freeman returning to the lineup.

Seattle +200 Simply a value play. The Rangers aren't that much better right now, and Beaven shut em down in Arlington once already this year.

Brilliant.

So I guess you kind of have to play Heat -8 for the 2nd half? I can't imagine Boston can keep this shooting up, and Heat will continue to creep back in

Everyone's grandma is thinking this too, but I still bit. Got it at 7 1/2. It's now up to 8 1/2 -120.

yeah, loser you should change your name for when you post picks that will win. Will make it much easier to know when to tail and when to fade you.

Hope you played it

I know Joker at +327 to win Roland Garros was discussed previously. Collective thoughts of adding on Federer at +800? Essentially fading Nadal, and the price is pretty good that one of the two of them will pull it out.

Gotta love the NBA and their ability to make sure the teams that get the ratings go forward :hifive:

I think tonight Westbrook will have his #### together a little more since he’s at home. Should help the inside-out game if he can settle down a bit and see the big picture better. That will be huge for them.

OKC will have had some time to prepare for the pick and roll the Spurs were doing that was running them around the court so much. Pop was balancing the age advantage out by just running them all over the court on defense the whole game.

I think we see less Perkins tonight. OKC did way better with him on the bench.

It looks like a fast pace and I’m not sure who it will benefit more, but so far the faster pace has benefited the Spurs IMO.

Lots of steam in OKC’s favor so far..

Milwaukee. I like Greinke bouncing back and that lineup for the Dodgers these days...yikes. That has to start taking its toll. Brewers have owned them and I also never mind being on the other side of Billingsley.

Going forward, if I know the Dodgers, this is where they start to slide some. They held on without Kemp that first go-round, but not this time. Whether or not they salvage a win here, last night was a big letdown for them.

Tigers +125

I have faith in Scherzer. I think he's back. 24 Ks in his last 12 IP. Detroit salvages one in Fenway IMO.

Quick for MVP should be pounded anywhere -150 and better
:goodposting: he's even money at sportsbook but the Kings are -280 to win the series.Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar will probably split votes among people who tend to favor skaters for the award, but it has been Quick's year and his won/loss record (9-0 on the road) plus the OT win last night will certainly make him very tough to beat.

i put a bit on Kopitar today. Who picks the Conn Smythe, is it the sports media? if so, i do think Quick wins it, but with Kopitar getting the OT goal yesterday i think he has a solid chance too if he comes up with something big again

Heat are GETTING 2 from the Celtics game 3? That's nuts considering the minutes some of the Celtics players played last night.
What is the better value? Heat +2 (-110) or Heat ML (+110)Do the celtics win a game in the series and is that this game?
I'm in on the Heat to win the series in 4 games at +350. I definitely see the Celtics giving it all they have in game three, but running out of gas late.If game four gets here and the Heat are up 3-0 in the series, it's a foregone conclusion and the Heat win game four by 20 points. So basically it's game three or bust for Boston. And keep in mind Rondo was quoted saying that game two was a "must win" for them and you see how that all went down..

I was also very shocked at the way Boston showed up for game two. Esp after taking the Heat and giving 10 points.

Saying a game is "must win" and performing like it are two different things obviously. Even so, Rondo gave the best all-time performance by any Celtic in any game ever and the Heat still won.

Not you too BRONG! ;)

First Scruff with his conspiracy theory behind the first overall pick, then mo referencing the league letting the team who generates the most ratings win. Now this.
