There is talk of applying it for habitual line stepping slow payers. I suppose it would work for anyone that wanted to use it. It would not be mandatory though for good customers. As to how that works, not sure. I am learning as I go.Kurt, if you guys started accepting credit cards, how would payouts work?Still cash? Money put back on the CC? Payouts at any time, not just the end of the month?I will never play on credit again... don't trust myself. But if I could post up with a CC, I'd send you some action.
Best of both worlds if you could get it up and running. Keep the status quo for the guys like lumpy who want to play on credit. Then accept CC postups for jugheads like me who don't want to play on credit. You'll be on the Fortune 500 list in no time. There is talk of applying it for habitual line stepping slow payers. Damn defensive td unders killer. At least had a bigger play on the Bengals. Not sure on percentages, but that's usually a rule I would go by. I just don't see the Birds scoring much. I was thinking 28-13 final.I threw some money on the under. Thursday night and a rookie QB. Eagles starting to play pass better so the run will be exposed. On an unrelated note, is there any math on betting the favorite and the under. I would assume that if you are going under, it would make more sense to go dog in a low scoring game or if you are going favorite, they might get the over alone. But I could be completely off on this.I gotcha, misunderstood ya, as I usually do my bad. I'm tempted to go Cincy/under but I'm fighting the urge.
Yeah, I just threw a little on there to make the game a bit more enjoyable but when the Bengals started more drives than not in the Eagles territory, can't do much about that. That drubbing killed my more-than-I-usually-play-in-units +13 teaser. Tailing MMA plays.Would like to officially thank for the Bengals for F'ing me last week when they blew against the Cowboys after they dominated them all game, and would like to thank them for screwing me again this week....
Yet that will all happen before the best athlete in Philadelphia puts on a Philly jersey. Giroux.modogg, not sure if you're watching CSN or not. I tuned in to see Gov and Co. for a few, as is always entertaining after a game like this. First Twitter response they showed on-air that I saw: "We broke the losing streak, and didn't even have a full week to enjoy it."One of my friends posts on FB: "NFL 2013 Draft will happen before Ruiz comes back from PED suspension. I think I'm on board with that. At least Bynum is lighting it up, great trade!Yet that will all happen before the best athlete in Philadelphia puts on a Philly jersey. Yeah, it is certainly messy these days. best is i always bet on the Philly teams before the season with some random pro-homer bets. the Eagles one's were dead a long time ago. craziest was how this game went. I literally lost almost every bet i took outside of taking Bengals -4.5 I had Cincy 2nd Q (only quarter they didn't win scoring), had Cincy 1st half, had Eagles 2nd half, Eagles ov 9 2nd half. game just went all over the place, and the utter breakdown in the 2nd half with all those turnovers was just mind-bogglingI think I'm on board with that. but no, i didn't catch CSN. Fast Eddie is always worth it, i had on channel 6 still in the background, which isn't nearly as fun. one thing is my Sirius radio has been broken for a bit and i have been catching some of the local sports radio. man those guys are having a field day with this mess these days
is probably the safest bet out there, pretty much guarantee these days. the one tonight stung a ton, just horrendous Benny Hill crap with all those turnovers in the 3-4 minute period. Feel bad for the defense, they didn't stand a chance tonight. The most entertainment I get out of this thread is from disgruntled Philly fans.![]()
4 team 13 pt teaser with Eagles +17.5 got boned after Eagles up 13-10 at the half.:gambling:I'm laughing along at this point RN, it's just unbelievable how dreadful the Philly pro sports scene outlook is right now. Granted I'm like most Philly fans when it comes to the Sixers in that I'll just casually follow them (although maybe more now with no Flyers). I'm not too bitter about the Bynum trade. AI was like Donovan. Under appreciated here, overrated in the national spotlight and never going to deliver a title. Now they get to see what Turner brings and Holiday looks legit. Bynum will probably end up re-signing with the Sixers with their Bird Rights or at least a sign and trade for something. But if Bynum doesn't suit up, Sixers get a lottery pick, they could rebound next year with a healthy Bynum and a top 10-15 pick. I think Turner is best served as a SF and someone like Archie Goodwin would fit in nicely. But yeah between that and the Phillies lackluster off season, Philly looks a lot like it did at the turn of the century. Flyers competitive but can't get over the hump, Phillies around a .500 team, Sixers competitive but never elite and the Eagles as the Ray Rhodes period winded down.I think I'm on board with that. Hopefully the MMA plays turn out ok. I'm playing those dogs light, i like the Saturday card better and i will see the lines when they come up on RB, but i think there is more value on that card than the Friday card. Georgia might win but if there is one trap game this bowl season, it's Nebraska +10 IMO.Chalk this up to a "what it's worth post"I run a College bowl pickem pool with confidence points. We use it as the draft order for next years college league. So far with 9 teams in everyone loves Georgia, Ok St, USC and WVU. All these teams are 9-0 and 8-1 and all of them have lots of points on them.
Tomorrow's TUF lines are up. I am going to tail on Pearson tonight. I'm also really interested in putting something down on Seth who is lined at +300 now. It's good to back in business.R PEARSON -125375/300'modogg said:hopefully Kurt and the boys know there is a UFC event on Saturday (TUF 16) as well as the card on Friday (FX card)![]()

I don't follow touts. But I just watched that total I posted jump from 206 to 208. My exact thoughts were that it was broadcast somewhere.Chainsaw...do you follow touts or are you an elite handicapper?
Well done, big, bad wolf. I will release the other 5 tomorrow morn so you can saddle up with 5 dimes. You should go big; I thought you were more than a dime player.Regarding The BRONG SYSTEM -- great name, btw -- it shall be revealed Monday, at the latest. Obviously firing on all cylinders tonight. Hopefully you make me sweat at least 1 of the 5 remaining this weekend. Keep your head up big guy. Coffee is for closers after all.Fading you for a dime. I know that you guys are all older than me and have been wagering since you were kids. I have only been doing this for about 16 months. But I have probably placed at least one wager every day since then. Except for one day this summer when there weren't any lines available. The Green Bay opener in 2011 where Randall Cobb ran back the opening kickoff was my first real substantial play. And after a few months I got in with GR and picked his brain about a few things. He noticed how much time I spend on this stuff and over time showed me some things (like where to find that day's umpires and how to handicap first pitch strikes!)I don't follow touts. Which by the way is all part of his service if you haven't jumped on board yet.Anyway since then I have just studied you guys and learned all the jargon and just developed a feel. And after having been through a lot and still standing tall, I consider it a huge victory. Not a fan of betting the Steelers huh? After last week's debacle, not sure I can do it either. The Chargers are just as psychotic, staying away from those clowns as well.I don't like seeing the Steelers on there.Colin's blazing five:

whew, good luck with that bud. I don't think the odds are on your side though, 1 unit says we won't see Ref for a week or so. Who is taking the action......Havent had a time out once in almost 10 years here. Thinking of cashing one in on the shooting thread on the next person who tries to take it political.
The whole situation is so sad, but the things people say and use it to announce their own agenda is disgusting.Havent had a time out once in almost 10 years here. Thinking of cashing one in on the shooting thread on the next person who tries to take it political.
Definitely down a few units. But there have been bumps in the road that I have recovered from where it was like, wow I am going to have to stop this. And I even mentioned before that it would suck, because everywhere I go like the gym and bars and such, there is always ESPN or a game on. Bad decisions and chasing plays have eaten into most of my profits. During Wimbledon this year I lost like 1k in two days. It is those blink-of-an-eye negative spikes that have kept my bankroll at about even. How many units are you up/down, if you don't mind me asking?I know that you guys are all older than me and have been wagering since you were kids. I just got home. Missed out on everything so far but our number on Pearson has imporoved. I am in at -125 and your +100 looks pretty good right about now.looks like i am 1-1 so far with the UFC. Have some stuff left, adding mendes un 2.5 rounds -170. Steep price, but better than his -1500 that he is now. Always scary taking under with these little guys (who by the way would kick the crap out of me in under 1 minute) because of their lack of power, but he knocked McKenzie out cold last fight in the 1st round, and his opponent just got KO'd a few weeks ago in the 1st. Have to think Mendes will go and send a message here too. this should off-set the losses Seth an dprobably palhares will be providing tonight
Yeah, i see RB had him at something like -175 or so, which is certainly tempting to arb out on Sot b/c that is a bit too much. maybe. i think he still wins this, a majority of the time. But Sot is dangerous, and he has a path or 2 to victory, so it isn't a sure thing by far. But yeah, i would still play it but not for too much. that is some significant line movementIs Pearson -160 worth it?
