FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (8 Viewers)

I got a solution for bad announcing in sporting events. It would be kind of like a live podcast - enabling anyone with an internet connection and microphone to produce their own play-by-play commentary and broadcast it out over the internet. There is definitely a need, and if you were good at it, people could pay to subscribe to your service. The problem would be the data delay and getting it synchronized with the image on your TV. Eventually the networks would end up hiring the most popular internet guys, but you would still have regional experts, and new talent would constantly be rising to the top.

By the way, there are a couple of teams we should never bet on but I do sometimes anyway and they always lose. Please ignore any posts of mine advising you to bet on Memphis, Kansas State, Texas, Miami, St. Johns, Missouri, and LSU. These are dumb teams, and every time I bet on them I remind myself that I'm an idiot for betting on dumb teams. I am sure I will bet on these teams again because I will see/read/think something that looks good, but it's always stupid to bet on dumb teams and these are the dumb teams. Illinois is borderline.

Good job finding the better line than where it closed at the tip. You were GS +2 for the game if my math is right. I'm sorry it didn't hit for you but I think your thinking was on point the way GS had been making a habit of 2H comebacks and HOU on a B2B. You could tell that Harden was getting tired there at the end.

yeah, i have been good at missing wins by 1 point as of late.

still got looking to do in UFC, so far i'm on:

Healy -160

Uyenoyama +200

got a few others i like too, but really need some wins here tomorrow. main card has some close fights, so i'm not sure either of the top 2 fights has a clear guy who will win

ETA: Healy actually concerns me a little, but i think that is my love for Bobby Green's flare getting in the way. Seems to be a lot of people liking Healy and i think the rational mind is confident he wins. similar situation with this bet:

I have an online only bank account, so this is always an annoyance (but a good one). I've in the past purchased a cashier's check with large sums of cash, which I deposit into my bank account via iPhone app deposit. Your money goes into you checking account in like 2 or so business days, and only inconvenience/cost is going to buy the cashier's check and the cost of it, which is minimal.

nropp had a 10* play last year based mostly on the fact that the team he was backing lost the same game last year, and they'd be out for "revenge." So yeah, #### that guy.

Couple 7's out there. If my memory serves me correctly, the line moved 7-8 pts the last time this happened. The value of players is really interesting to me. You would think Duncan and Parker would be worth more than 2-3 points over guys like Diaw and Patty Mills.
