Funny you posted this.  I saw this offer at FBG before I left for vacation, but I can't remember where I saw the link.  I looked for it just now, couldn't find it and came here to ask.  I'm glad it's not just me...

I honestly don't know the answer to your question--but I would probably try to private message/email Joe Bryant or any of the FBG staff and ask them.   If that doesn't work--maybe add the words "Attention FBG STAFF" on the thread title.   I know that's not a super helpful answer but I do wish you good luck in getting an answer.
