For the last 6+ years we have been running some great leagues on myfantasyleague.com
We generally operate with a 3-7% orphan rate each year. Between 80 leagues with 1880 teams in them, we are doing quite well for interest, that keeps building each year.

When you see 'copy' that refers to how many there are of each player in the database.

Superflex, 2 TE minimum starting spot, Tiered PPR, TE Premium Scoring
All of these are the exact same scoring, settings are basically the same except for some conferences/division layouts, unless specified otherwise below.
1.75 PPR for TEs, 1.25 PPR for WRs, 1.0 PPR for RBs
Superflex (can start a 2nd QB)
Start 12 players (1-2 QBs, 2-4 RBs, 3-5 WRs, 2-4 TEs, 1-2 DEF) (defense scoring is bumped up), unless other wise noted.
