Hey all. I commish a dynasty league that’s been going on for over a decade. $150 PPR, 12 teams, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 D. 100% payout after MFL hosting fee.
Bylaws are designed to help weaker teams get up to speed or rebuild quickly. Worst-to-first waivers give struggling teams better shots at difference-making free agents: rookie draft is later in the preseason so those early round picks are more likely to pay off; starting requirements are light so you don’t have to be super deep to compete; etc.
Structure is a little different. 2 6-team conferences. Each with 2 3-team divisions. Division teams play each other in doubleheaders weeks 1, 2, 12, and 13. They play the teams in the other division in their conference twice a season, and they play 1 division from the other conference once each season (alternating which division each year). This ensures that every team in each division plays the same exact set of opponents each year. So there are no advantages due to luck of the schedule.
It’s a good group. Active during the season. Quieter during the off-season.
We had 1 owner leave after last season. Not a bad team, highlights are:

1.04, 2.04, 3.04 rookie picks
We ask for first year's fee plus half of next year’s fee up front.
