Unfortunately, no. Last year during the draft, it appears the previous owner trading all 3 2010 picks.

(Another owner in this league) Nice squad in good cheap league. Some very solid owners in here that like to wheel & deal.

So payment was taken by the commissioner when future picks were dealt?

Future payment was not taken. Looks like I may have to implement that rule. In the several years that I have commished dynasty league, it has not gotten this far (i.e. all picks traded).

if the league fee is only 25 a year i would take over the team if its still availbe
