Personal issues will prevent current owner from managing his team. He didn't ask for any dues to be returned but i do believe anyone who takes over should put up something for this season so i will ask that 100 be put up with 25 going to the 2010 season which will be returned to current owner and 75 which will be a deposit for your 2011 league dues.
