A decade ago, a few of us in high stakes league got tired of paying out a big cut to Antsports and other service providers and moved to MFL. Thus was born FAIR DEAL FFL. You simply will not find more competitive and active league - we're diehards. And we need one more guy

Will post complete league rules below, but here are some highlights:

100% payouts - $6000 in, $6000 out.

12 Team PPR (WCOFF scoring - 4pt pass TD/1 point per 20 yards pass/6pt rush/rec TD - 1 point per 10 yards, 1 PPR)

Lineup: QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex/K/D

Live Draft 9/28 (Tuesday night) 8:00 EST

Draft randomizer determines owners choice of pick - you draw #1, select what spot you want

Top 6 teams (half the league) make playoffs

Victory Point Scoring (Win = 2 points; weekly score 1st-4th = 2 points, 5th-8th = 1 point)

20 player rosters, BBID waivers (Each team gets $100)

PAYOUTS

$6,000 in. $80 paid out to MFL, $5920 left.

$3000 Champion

$1500 Runner-up

$800 Third

$420 Fourth

$200 Toilet Bowl champ

BYLAWS

Playoff teams are the three division winners and the three other teams with the most VP's REGARDLESS OF DIVISION.

*It is possible to have all 4 teams from one division qualify, if the 2nd-4th place teams in that division have more VP's than the other non-division winners.

*It is possible that a division winner will not be in the top 6 teams in terms of VP's, yet they WILL QUALIFY FOR THE PLAYOFFS.

Playoff seeding: The three division winners and the three "wildcard teams" will be seeded 1-6 in terms of total VP's scored. A division winner may be seeded 6th if they have the lowest VP total

If teams have the same VP total, the tiebreaker will be winning percentage. If a second tiebreaker is needed, it is total points scored.

Lineups: Owners must submit a complete 10-player lineup. Players in early games are locked at kickoff of their game, other players are locked Sunday at 1PM ET

Waivers:

BBID waivers process every Wednsday night at 10:30 pm EST. All bids are by proxy and owners do not need to be present or online at this time. The FCFS cycle begins 1 hour later - 11:30 EST - on Wednesday night.

First Come, First Served: Whoever requests a player first gets that player immediately.

Blind Bidding

Owners submit dollar bids on players, and at the end of a specified period of time, the owner with the highest bid on a player is awarded that player.

* Teams are barred from first come first serve waivers on kickoff of the first weeks games to avoid first come first serve scenarios. Blind bidding process takes effect when the week has completed.

TRADES: Trade deadline established Tuesday following week 12 games. Trades are subject to league wide vote for 48 hours, to determine whether there is grounds for collusion.

TIES: In regular season, ties are allowed. In the playoffs, ties are settled by the highest scoring bench player.

DRAFT: Randomizer will be run, team with #1 pick will select thier draft slot. This will continue until the team with the #12 pick gets the remaining slot. Will commence as soon as teams have paid.

ALIGNMENT: Teams with picks 1,4,7,10 will be in one division, with teams selecting the 2,5,8,11 and 3,6,9,12 likewise grouped into the remaining two divisions.
