From his RushHour League:
TE Premium
.25 PPC
.5 PPR
28 teams, 14 per division, 3 copies of each player
Lineups will be 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 3 Flex and 1 of those can be a QB.
Unused rookie, devy, and BBID funds will rollover yearly
25 active and 5 taxi
84 league cap on devys, only 2 copies can be won so that 1 is available for rookie draft
I've been digging through his Capitalist Pigs league and we may use a few things from that as well:
a FA auction early each offseason, you'd be able to 'donate' players to that auction. If they are won, you would add that money to your funds
