First pick, anyone other than CMC (1 Viewer)

10 team .5 ppr league and I have the first pick. I am thinking of avoiding CMC due to injury concerns. Have other taken this strategy and how did it turn out?

The league favors RBs with their drafting styles

I’m leaning toward shocking the league and taking hall

(On a serious note…. If you are confident in your injury worries pick Breece. It’s looking more and more like Trent Williams will be playing video games instead of blocking for him too so that big hit is that much more likely.)

Any player can get injured at any time.
If you draft because you have injury concerns you're missing out on the best fantasy player of the last few years.
Rather than draft someone else I would happily take CMC at 1.1 and if I have any concerns make sure I get Mason later on.
I'd rather have the best player on earth in my lineup week one and if needed have Mason to back him up,than draft someone else
only to watch CMC be CMC....again.

No I am not. I’ve already told you I agree with you. The poster thinks CMC is gonna get hurt and wants to draft Breece I think that is fine if that is important to him. Your solution is to draft CMC and his handcuff vs drafting Breece who he doesn’t think is gonna get hurt. If CMC hurt I would rather have Breece over CMC and handcuff. That is all. Again… I think he should pick CMC if possible injury is the reason but if he is feeling it I’m ok with Breece at #1.
