The state hasn't finished its review of whether Super Bowl kicker Adam Vinatieri qualifies as a South Dakota resident to get hunting licenses. He plays for the Indianapolis Colts and owns homes outside Rapid City and in Indiana and Florida. The matter came to light after he applied as a state resident for big-game hunting licenses that are reserved only for South Dakotans and are awarded in a drawing. Since then, the Game, Fish and Parks Department found that he obtained small-game hunting licenses five times. In those cases, he listed his parents' Rapid City address as his. GF&P spokesman Emmett Keyser says Vinatieri has cooperated fully. Keyser says he believes Vinatieri has tried to meet all requirements to qualify as a South Dakota resident.
