Fixing RB room after losing Conner (1 Viewer)

In a 12 team half-PPR redraft league. 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, DST, K.

Was already thin at RB before losing Conner last week . Trying to Bolster my RB room. Roster:

QB: Allen
RB: CMC, Harvey, Marks, Monangai, Demercado
WR: Nico, Egbuka, Golden, Ridley, Ayomanor
TE: Kincaid, Henry

Currently weighing a handful of offers, wanted to get second opinions:

• My CMC for his Benson and Hall
• My Egbuka for his Dobbins OR my Egbuka, Monangai, and Ridley for his Dobbins, BRob, and Kupp
  • Dobbins owner has Mike Evans
  • He also has Monty, but I think I'd slightly prefer Dobbins
• My Nico for his Judkins and Olave (this one is more tentative)

My thoughts:

• In an ideal world I keep CMC, especially if I can get BRob. Trade value charts put the first offer as pretty fair, but I'm just not super high on Hall
• Would really like to get BRob, would prefer doing so without the Ridley for Kupp add-on, I would probably drop Kupp
• I go back and forth on if Egbuka is a sell-high with Godwin coming back soon and Evans returning at some point or if he'll stay as a WR1 ROS. I lean the latter and wonder if I can get more for him

I'm not pushing the panic button yet, but definitely ready to pull the trigger on the right deal

personally, i’d take deals 1 and 3. i’d deal cmc for hall and benson. cmc breaks and i’ll gamble benson is an rb1 going forward. hall is gonna be lead horse on the jets until he isn’t on the team. if they move him, it’s because another wants him to be their lead, which prolly jumps his value since they won’t be the jets. i’d take olave and judkins for nico. stroud just doesn’t seem right and nico hasn’t been as good as olave already was, before concussions. olave is getting volume……will he stay healthy? judkins is a #1 back already and worth thinking olave = nico.

I’d do the first deal if you really want to trade. 1 starter for 2 starters.

Are there anyone elde you could in that deal besides Kupp? I like that one though

I like the CMC trade. That's the best one, in my opinion. I do like the 3 for 3 one because getting rid of Ridley is a good idea but I don't think I'd do it for Kupp. I'm not sure who else to ask for but I don't really like doing it for that.

To address some of the comments:

• Unfortunately I think Kupp would be the only WR he'd part with. His others are JJ, Pearsall, and Evans, so he's thin there. I would prefer doing that deal without the Ridley+Kupp add-ons
  • Additionally, I wouldn't say Dobbins is less injury prone than CMC, so I'm shying away from that one more. I'm keeping Harvey either way, and I'd hate to deal Egbuka for Dobbins and have Dobbins get banged up in a few weeks. I'd rather roll the dice with something else and keep Egbuka
• I like the peace of mind of the CMC deal (if his calf explodes with my current RB room, I'm ****ed), but I'm really not high on Hall in his situation. Jets aren't great, and Allen isn't going away. Best case scenario is trading Hall, but don't wanna assume that
• The more I come back to the third deal, the more I like it. Olave volume is good and Texans O-line is a serious problem. Plus Judkins passing the eye test with flying colors

I'm gonna mull these and probably keep shopping around CMC to see what other offers I can get. Thanks again, and any other insights are appreciated!
