Which one should I plug in for week 9?

I think your upside play is Davis (even though they're playing a tough Baltimore pass D) but for Week 9, I go with Collins just based on the volume he should get.

Mixon all day long in 0.5 PPR.  Collins looked good last week but he doesn't catch many balls (I believe his 2 catches last week was a season high). Davis looks like he could be great but the Baltimore D is for real and the Titans have already said Davis will be eased into action so you can't count on him getting many touches.

I'd go Collins, yes Mixon will likely be more involved in the passing game, but Mixon could also lay a complete egg against arguably the best defense in the NFL. Collins should have FAR more success rushing than Mixon, and is more likely to get a TD.
