Need help with my flex in a PPR league

Amari Cooper at Panthers
Allen Lazard at Vikings
Brandon Aiyuk at Bears
Rashaad Penny vs. Broncos

I assume you only need one of these. I would rank them this way:

1. Cooper - Safest play. Should see the ball a lot
2. Penny - If Walker is out he should get the ball a lot. Matchup is not ideal
3. Aiyuk - really would like to see a game with Lance to see how things shake out. Slight uptick if Kittle is out
4. Lazard - hasn't practiced all week. Isn't even in consideration
