I'd go Ware, it gives you a higher floor, starting both Chiefs RBs, and none o the other guys are good enough to steer me from Ware.

It would be a toss up between Ware and Powell for me. Personally I would maybe edge towards Powell as the jets figure to be behind against the steelers and start throwing more which is where Powell comes in. I can see the argument for Ware  though also.
