Both I have tough matchups. Who is the better start?

Marquise Goodwin  vs Jacksonville (Tough defense, but  is on fire.)
Samaje Perine vs. Denver (Will get a ton of touches. Washington is at home)

Goodwin has been fantastic, although the matchup worries me some.  If Perine is out, easy call, but I would likely go with Goodwin in any event.
