I'm going through some tough withdrawals right now. What do non sports fans do on a typical Sunday?

If you would have won all your super bowl bets, it would be hookers and blow.  As is, just be miserable.

As boring as it may sound I like to watch fishing shows and golf.  While the Olympics are on I'll watch some of that.  If it were nice out I'd go fishing but it's nothing but frozen water here now so instead I'll go through all of my gear, organize it and get ready for when I can use it.  If I'm not doing any of that then I'll get caught up on some video games.

Roland Martin, Hank Parker, and Bill Dance....you have to choose one of them to help you catch a large delicious bass for dinner...who do you choose?

Your interests list hockey as one of them. You probably know this and post in it every so often, but there's a particularly good thread here that knowledgeable people post in. It takes a while to get the in-jokes, but it's a good thread and hockey is a good substitute while football is gone.

That's my suggestion, in addition to spending time with loved ones and/or working out, as have been mentioned earlier.

How's school?

That’s excessively mean

I honestly don’t know

Is wazoo a jerk?
No, not at all. Nor was I being one.

I was trying to be constructive. I generally am that way, though if you're trying to see the worst, I guess you can find it in the written word.

I was empathizing and giving suggestions. He was also going back to school and took out a thread about professors wanting to be called doctors, so I made it personable and personal, I thought. But maybe it didn't come across that away for some reason? I don't...I don't honestly know, either.

Is expecting the worst and finding the worst the same thing?

Ah, okay. You don't like me and expect the worst. Let's take this to PMs if you need to and not muck up the thread. I don't think there's many people on the board that I have a problem with, including you, which I've said many times.

So before you rip into me and turn this otherwise innocent thread into an exercise, just PM me.

I’ve always liked you.

Yes but you should probably address your reaction in the previous response.

For yourself.
Oh, okay. I'm not even sure which one. I guess I'm confused. Let's help wazoo fill his Sundays. I could use the same now that football is done. It's a nice excuse to be with family and have something to discuss that isn't earth-shatteringly important.

I'm not sure I'd care to have any of those old farts do it.  As much as I enjoy watching their shows I know that they are just marketing products the entire time.  It can take days for them to put one of those shows together that makes it look like they are hammering big bass.  I'd rather have Mark Zona over those three.

The best fishing show on TV is Major League Fishing and nothing else comes close.  YouTube is a great place for good content as well.

Make a proxy email address, then sign up for a free trial of the WWE Network.  Get caught up on the current product or explore the best of past eras.  If your free trial ends and you end up catching Wrestlemania fever, sign up for another free trial with a different email that will take you through WM season.

I agree with you on the old farts, but Zona is a little over-the-top for me. I'd imagine it would be a blast to actually fish with him, but watching him scream/yell/fish is a bit much.

The best fishing show IMO is The Obsession of Carter Andrews. I love the places he goes and how "into it" he is. Larry Dahlberg's Hunt for Big Fish comes close. What YouTubers do you like?

I'm a kayak fisherman mostly and the only boat fishing I do is with other people since I don't own one.  I like to watch Greg Blanchard who is a kayak fisherman.  I also like Flukemaster and Chad Hoover of Kayak Bass Fishing.

My new favorite YouTube channel is Another Fishing Show.  It's two friends from Minnesota who do all kinds of different fishing and have a lot of fun.  The one guy is a freelance videographer who's done work for fishing shows such as MLF so their quality is great.  These are two guys I'd love to go fishing with.  I highly recommend watching their videos.
