I couldn't find a link, but the local paper reported today that should the Oakland A's make the World Series, the Sunday October 22nd game Cardinals @ Raiders would be moved to Monday October 23rd. Maybe nfl.com has more info.
TV would likely be local markets only. If you've seen the TVU threads here and in FFA, that might be your only option to catch the game (but why would you?).
While looking for a link, I did find the following (link):

MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Vikings will move their game against Detroit from Sunday to Monday night if the Minnesota Twins and Oakland Athletics go to a fifth game in their first-round baseball playoff series.
The Vikings-Lions game is scheduled for Sunday at noon CDT at the Metrodome, but Game 5 of the Twins-A's series would also be Sunday at the Metrodome.
The football teams will wait until a fifth game in the baseball series is set before they make the move to Monday night. Game 4 of the baseball series would be Saturday.
