FootballGuys Dynasty Rankings (1 Viewer)

I really liked the Dynasty rankings during the pre-season where 5-6 people ranked them and the average was taken. I can't seem to find them anywhere on the site, is that a pre-season only thing? Can someone point a newbie in the right direction? Thanks!

I love these rankings, so I hate to pick them apart. But, well... I guess that's what I'm going to do with Jeff's here...

If I had Troy Williamson (#50), there's no way I'd trade him for Rod Smith (#35), Joe Jurevicius (#34) or Samie Parker (#27?[i/]), to name a few.

And Burress behind Mason and Brown? :o

One last comment... please pass the Cooley-Aid. #7, ahead of Shockey, Watson, and Heap.

Hey guys,

Yes we don't update the redraft info, but I'll try and keep up with Mr. Bloom ;)

I'll review the comments and take the Gore info under advisement. It is possible I had him a bit low, but let me look.

If you don't like or disagree with some of it, rock on and let me know. I'll either put up a strong reason why or I'll say oh well, I missed one there. Either way we get better rankings.

Ok, breaking this down...1. I'm not sold on Williamson. Put together more than two games and we'll talk. He still makes the list, but I think Rod Smith has done a little more in his career and may still do more going forward.

2. Samie Parker. This is a long term rank - he will be the #1 WR in KC, as Kennison won't last forever. Before Herm Edwards came to town and with Trent Green under center, I loved his prospects. I'll give him about 1/2 a season before I start to think about changing that rank, but I am standing by that prospect for a while. Personal preference.

3. Burress is overrated. Derrick Mason puts up solid numbers, year over year. Plax is far from clutch - he can put up a goose-egg any given week, but can put up a big number as well. I'll take Mason.

Brown - Reggie Brown you mean? That rank was based upon pre-Donte. That may be revised next go-around.

4. Cooley is still featured in that offense, more often than not. Shockey - far be it for me to predict injuries, but that is some of the basis. Same for Heap. While they both can put up good numbers when healthy, I would hardly be shocked (sic) to see either one miss 50% of the games over the next 3-4 years and be out of the league in about the same time.

Watson - I'm sipping that Kool-aid.

Feedback welcome.

he has KJ ranked so much higher than JJ..weird
I do as well. This is KJ's coming out time...get him while you canI know we have heard that before...but get him cheap if you can
Well, I am not sure if it was a coming out but he had a pretty good game. The guy has great talent.
I was very excited here too.. I own both JJ and KJ in dynasty and was just surprised that he had one ranked so much higher than the other.... I like KJ's value going forward especially b/c he has been so involved in the passing game with 120 yard receiving already (as opposed to 109 all of last year)

KJ is starting to thrive in Martz' offense, PLUS he has no real challenger aside from Calhoun, which isn't much yet.JJ has MB3, who is breathing down his neck.
