This is the first year I've really paid much attention to the subcriber content, and, I have to say, it has already paid tremendous dividends.
My favorite features are really the passing and rushing matchups, and they've so far been enough for me to pick up a ton of extra points that I otherwise would have missed. The game write-ups are also a great way to get caught up on what happened across the league, since, even with the Sunday Ticket, it's impossible to stay on top of what's happened in every game.
Week 2 I started Cotchery based on the passing matchups writeup, and that last minute replacement won games for me.
This weekend I started Favre over Grossman, again based on the passing matchups. For some reason I had it in my head that the Minn. secondary was soft, until I went back and read the passing matchips writeup on Sunday morning. I looked over the matchups again, plugged in Favre (from among several options) at the last minute, and he came out with a monster performance.
I see plenty of complaints posted here about content not being on time or rankings/projections being incompatible, so I think it's only fair for someone to step up and give credit on occasion.
And to those of you who aren't looking at this stuff, I'd highly recommend taking a look at these writeups, looking over your options, and using your head to make these WDIS decisions (rather than blindly firing off questions in the AC Forum, for example). It really is the best tool you've got. And if you aren't subscribing, I think this feature alone may be worth the price of admission.
to JB & Co. Much as I've wanted to strangle you guys over some of the moderating in the past (and you've wanted to strangle me in return), this content is top-notch.
