Forbes uh, fantasy football? (1 Viewer)

Stumbled across a Forbes article when searching for news about a player. Saw some links at the bottom, clicked around and whoa - Forbes has a pretty sizable amount of FF content.

I had no idea.

Did anyone know this was a thing?

The one interesting thing that caught my eye was in their overall rankings they list by tiers.

I’m used to tiers for positions but I can’t recall seeing an overall list split into tiers before.

The content’s not awful. Never heard of their experts before, but it’s not particularly deep either.

I never would have thought they’d have FF stuff though. Wonder when that started.

Seems like anything you search on these days ends up with a Forbes link somewhere in the list.  I think they are just trying to generate the most clicks possible.

It’s possible - but it does seem like they’re a little better than a Maxim type clickbait deal. They’ve got some lengthy write-ups where the authors have put some work in.

It’s certainly no FBG, but it’s definitely more in depth than “here’s a 10 picture w/captions slideshow with obvious info”.

it looks like they’re trying at least.

I don’t know but they have a lot of video game stuff so looks like they are diversifying.

Jeff Ratcliffe/PFF did it with commentary, but it's gone behind a paywall recently.
