Delta 29 is a former dynasty league from PhenomsFF.com which we the owners have taken over.

The league is almost full, we have two orphan teams. They are labelled Open Team #2 and Open Team #4.
First come, first served for the selection of teams.
Some highlights:
22 man rosters, does not expand for rookie draft. We are in process of a vote to possibly expand this.
1 PPR for QB/WR/TE, 0.5 PPR for RB
5 Pts for passing TD's

Annual dues are $50, with 1/2 year paid in advance, refundable if replacement owner found at full fare. So 2015 dues will be $75, subsequent years will be $50. And we are using Leaguesafe (!).
