Is there a site that formulates draft orders? If not what are some good methods of doing it other then drawing names from hats. (my method.)

My money league alternates serpentine every other round in other words you are not locked into 1-10, 5,6 the whole draft etc. you go from some early round picks and some more wrap picks.
