Fournette will be a game time decision. I have Ivory on my bench. If Fournette is unable to play, do I plug Ivory into my PPR lineup? Who do I bench for him?

Are you saying that Fournette is not going to be in your lineup no matter what?  I would think you are playing Fournette if he is active.  So if he is not I would Ivory in for Fournette.  If you aren't playing Fournette even if he plays then I wouldn't think you would want to play Ivory no matter what.

Personally, I would have Ivory behind the players you listed but I would put him in for Fournette if he is inactive.

If Fournette is out, I would play Ivory over everyone else you listed.

Yup.  Play Ivory and bench White.  I also grabbed Ivory and I do not own Fournette.  It might be a good idea to see if the Fournette owner would over pay for Ivory.
