This is a free league where Franchise and Transitional Tags, RFA Tenders, Contracts, Salary Cap and other rules are included.
There will be 32 teams which will draft their roster from every player in the NFL, when a player is drafted the team inherits the players contract and he will be on that team until traded, or his contract expires. The league is set to start in 2013 giving everyone plenty of time to draft their team, trade, as well as have the annual rookie and supplemental drafts and the RFA, UFA, and Franchise/Transitional Tag period during the off-season.
