AFTER THE FIRST SEASON: Teams keep all their players. During the offseason teams can keep signing free agents and dropping just as they did during the season. Once the first season ends, teams don't have any money for free agents, but they get $30 for each win from the previous season (so that every game matters until the very end, no matter your season record), with the exception of playoff teams, which get $20 for each win from the previous season (to achieve parity and avoid powerhouses).
