We have .5 ppr, IDP league with openings. Free agency is done with a budget of 1000 (10 min), and is noncontinuous. Team name should be a location+custom name. Ex: Cleveland Steamers. Humor is appreciated, and the team name should remain the same all season long. Serious players only who are looking for a long time league.
