I have this online ESPN FF league:

If you are interested, I will need your email address posted in this thread in order to send an invite. The league is League Manager format so I can't make it public (http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/welcome/createleague = league types).
Summary: PPR, 12 teams, auction draft, auction waivers, high performance (i.e., scoring) league, trades allowed.
a. Pricing - free
b. Rosters - 14, 8 starters, 1 IR spot
c. Draft format - auction
d. Rules - Please read the rules under the Settings tab (it's publicly viewable) via the league link provided above.
e. Draft Time and place (if live) - Draft is online at 11 p.m. EST today, September 4, 2011.
f. Waiver rules - Weekly Auction. See the rules for details.
g. Site costs / host - Free to play this year, may go back to being $$$$ league next if can keep owners. Host is ESPN.
h. Prizes / payout - none this year but possibly will resume next year.
i. Playoff structure -- See rules.
