Dynasty Rules-
--ROSTER--
All teams will have 24 roster spots:
1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
1 Flex (RB,WR,TE)
16 Bench
1st Year- Initial rosters will be selected during the first year (2019), once all league spots are full. Normal waiver rules will apply after draft. LIVE DRAFT TBD
2nd Year On - Owners have the ability to keep full roster from previous year (decision to be made after college draft). An off-line 3 round college player draft (done via google sheet) will completed after the NFL draft. Draft order will be worst league record to best (non snake). Draft picks may be traded throughout year (more in Trades section). After college draft, owners must cut roster to 24 players.

.5 PPR
All other scoring will following standard format (see league settings section for details)
--Trades / Player Movement--
All trades may be offered like normal. Yahoo does not currently have a setting that accounts for 'pick trading'. When a player wishes to add a pick to a trade, they must add it in the comments section of the trade, and let the commissioner know. Once both parties approve of the trade, the commissioner will submit the trade to the league. If more than 50% of the league deems the trade 'unfair' the commissioner will deny the trade. Commish will keep track of draft picks via league google sheet.
Waivers will be processed link normal. Rosters will be locked after season ends to after the college draft.
--LEAGUE MGMT--
Inactive owners will be identified and booted. Inactive owner = an owner fails to set roster for multiple weeks (commish will attempt to reach out to owner and warn them). After season ends, commish will find new owner for "orphan" teams. New rule changes can be brought to commissioner by league members, Commissioner will submit promising new ideas to league for a vote.
