Hey all,

My freelance article (Maximizing your IDPs) was published recently and I figured it was high time to stop lurking and to join the boards. I'm not a paying member, so I was wondering if the old articles became public after a time. I'd love to see what it looks like at some point.

My other reason was to solicit some feedback... what did you think? Please tear it apart... I want my next writing effort to be better so I want to learn what I can do to improve.

Become a paying member and I will give you feedback. I don't think non-paying members should be eligible for this stuff. Kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it?

Membership should have to count for something.

I'm not a paying member either, and had a couple freelance articles here last season. I would PM Clayton asking for a final of your posted article.

Since I don't have a FBG subscription I can't offer any feedback on your article... sorry.

I would think that anyone who gets their writings published would get automatic membership for the year, or did you get paid money instead?

I was thinking of putting the article money towards a membership once it arrived, but I'm kinda torn. I'm very much a do-it-yourselfer. I love the VBD spreadsheet, but I basically take the first version and tweak it myself all offseason long.

I think that auto memberships would be a cool idea that would save Clayton et al on postage. =)
