They ruined Count Chocula a long time ago. It isn't nearly as good as when it first came out. I imagine the same is true for Franken Berry. I've never had the other ones.

It wasn't that. I remember when they made the change a long time ago, I could tell the difference from one box to the next. It wasn't a situation where I didn't have it for years and then revisited it to realize it wasn't good. That happened with Ellio's pizza.

Agree with this. Chockula had the same texture as Cheerios and were covered with a powdered chocolately sugar, now they have a glaze over them and are as hard as rocks. The marshmallows used to be a little bigger and were soft and would puff out in milk. Now they are hard little bits of marshmallows.
