My thoughts and prayers go out to the Davis family.

There have been reports he was killed, but other news outlets report he is recovering. Hopefully the later is correct.

Fantasy Impact: Pat Watkins has a pretty good chance of starting at FS some time this year. Very unfortunate circumstance, but Watkins becomes a pretty good sleeper in deep leagues.

Most reports I've seen are projecting Marcus Coleman atop the depth chart at FS -- known Parcells commodity, better coverage skills -- but I felt that was questionable given the pretty hefty offer sheet the Cowboys matched in the offseason. I think Watkins is intriguing, too, but this should put Coleman pretty firmly in the driver's seat if Davis' head injury is at all significant.
