the Davon House injury was unfortunate, because he looked really good in preseason. At what point do McCarthy and TT come to the conclusion that Capers isn't a good talent evaluator? Every team he goes to, the defense is amazing in year 1, and then it gradually degrades. My hypothesis is that Capers is an amazing coach....but somehow he has difficulty evaluating talent (draft, etc). Just a hypothesis. But what other explanation is there for his track record?

I tend to agree, this defense has really struggled to put any pressure on the QB without a blitz and then the secondary can't cover anyone.
