Game Thread - Divisionals - Carolina V Chicago (1 Viewer)

Wow, they just showed that the Bears have lost their last 11 games in which they trailed by 6+ points.

Whichever team is less likely to shred Ben's knee should they play in the super bowl is the one I'm rooting for
That'd be Carolina, for sure...But Big Ben won't get out of Denver without playing a few rounds of golf in the foothills when his season ends next week... :bye:

That means squat. Look how bad the Bears have been over the last few years.
Well, it includes 4 of their 5 losses this year. And it also means that the Bears never trailed by 6+ points in any of their 11 wins this year. Neither of those things can be taken as a positive for this game.

As long as his knee stays in tact I'm fine with whatever happens.

Did everyone watch that last Carolina series? Buck kept saying a "screen to Steve Smith" but the stats show a 1-yard rush by Smith. Not a big deal, but just want to make sure it's a rush and not a reception.

(And no, it's not for a playoff fantasy league but rather my degenerate gambling habits and having Steve Smith receptions Over 6.5).

I wasn't paying that much attention. I guess it could have gone backwards.

Gamecenter has it as a rush.

Thomas Jones gets little respect.Biggest factor in the game today is how he does.Cedric Benson's impact may be minimal next year.

Black jerseys?
You were expecting the Chicago Pumpkins again?

*George Halas, a University of Illinois alumnus, is credited with bringing his alma mater's colors to the Chicago Bears. The team's navy blue and Pantone 1665 (similar to burnt orange) are shades of the blue and orange of the Fighting Illini.

The O/U for Smith on catches was 6.5?
